Muffin with pesto

Recipe for Pesto Muffins for 10 people, 10 minutes preparation, 35 minutes baking. Delicious little cakes that you will prepare a little early to serve warm or cold.


     1 pot of Pesto (5 large tablespoons)
     200g Flour
     2 eggs
     20 cl of milk
     3 tablespoons of olive oil
     1 packet of dry yeast
     Salt pepper



Preheat your oven to 180 °
In a salad bowl, mix the flour with the yeast, salt and pepper
Dig a well and break up the whole eggs before adding olive oil, pesto and milk.
Mix until a smooth dough is obtained.
Butter muffin pans and pour in the dough.
Bake and cook for 35 minutes.
Enjoy it with a salad !
