Candied olives and candied onion

Our "confits" with sweet and savory flavors are generally eaten with foie gras or cheese like chutneys.
We have created 3 original recipes: confit of olives with figs, confit of olives with lemon and confit of onions with grapes.
These delicious recipes can also be served on toast as an aperitif as a spread or with raw vegetables.
