This black olivade, very pleasant on the palate, is prepared with black olives, red wine, mustard.
Its particularity is that it does not contain anchovies unlike its "cousin" the tapenade !
Fans love it on toast as an aperitif, or as a garnish for a puff pastry or add it as a sauce on a salmon steak.
