Black tapenade with Truffle juice

The black olivade with truffle juice is cooked with red wine and mustard.
Olives are chopped roughly for a generous tasting in the mouth. The truffle juice and its particular aroma sublimate the whole to offer an aperitif not ordinary.

Service : on toast for a cocktail, as sauce or condiment with vegetables, to fill a  puff pastry.
