Old Boy Jam

The real old boy's jam is a jam without cooking (that an old boy can do !).
The recipe : in a jar filled with brandy is added over the months, the ripe fruit of the season. At the end of the year, we throw the fruits and drink the delicious beverage !
Old Boy's jam is a real jam made of raspberries, apricot, sour cherry, pear and ... kirsch.
Alcohol abuse is dangerous for your health, consume with moderation.
