Anchovies spread (Anchoïade)

Emulsion light and powerful at the same time, for an incomparable flavor and smoothness in mouth. Anchovies chopped with garlic, olive oil and parsley.
In Provence, Anchoïade is spread on a slice of grilled bread, accompanied by small raw vegetables (celery, carrots, cauliflower ...) as a cocktail party.
It can also used as sauce with barbecue, pasta, duck...
